-Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya
[Organiser, 4 December, 1961]
In the course of a powerful denunciation of the Government of India’s China policy, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya General Secretary, Bharatiya Jana Sangh, demanded that diplomatic relations with China be severed forthwith.[Organiser, 4 December, 1961]
Sri Upadhyaya, who was speaking at a public meeting organised here yesterday at the Constitution Club under the auspices of the local BJS unit, deplored that the Prime Minister has once again kept the nation in the dark in respect of Chinese aggression. ‘By now describing these reports of fresh aggression as ‘exaggerated’, the P.M. are only adding insult to injury’, the BJS leader said.
Sri Upadhyaya gave a call to all Jana Sangh branches to organise meetings, demonstrations etc., to give expression to the wrath of the nation over this issue.
